Frequently asked questions
- What is a "tracked person"?
- A staff member whose calendar/mailbox is read by EffortScope. Managers who only view reports and the admin who sets things up don't count as seats.
- How are seats counted?
- The plan sets how many people can be tracked at most (the seat tier). When you reach the limit, you move up to the next plan to add more people; existing data is never deleted.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- At the end of the 14 days you enter card details to start a subscription; if you don't, data collection stops after a short grace period, your data is kept for 30 days and then deleted.
- How is payment taken?
- Monthly, by credit/debit card (3D Secure) through PayTR, a payment institution established in Türkiye; the card is stored at PayTR, not with us. Enterprise plans are paid by contract and invoice.
- We have several companies — do we need two subscriptions?
- No. One organization can hold several companies and Microsoft 365 tenants; if the same person works in two companies, they count as a single seat.
- Where is our data stored?
- In Microsoft Azure data centers in the European Union (Germany) region. Raw meeting transcripts are not stored; the content of private meetings is hidden from managers and AI.
